Strawberry Sorbet - Mini Ice Candy

This is my long-awaited food blog and the first post :). It all began when I thought of pinning a recipe on Pinterest. And then thought.... why not have a blog to go with it.
So here we go...

Here's a quick recipe to think of when strawberries just begin to get soggy.

Ingredients:
Strawberries (didn't really count)
1-2 tbsp honey
Castor sugar, as per taste

Puree the strawberries together with the honey and castor sugar. Just ensure that it's a bit too sweet. It's ideal to freeze the puree in a bowl and then to scoop the sorbet from it. However, I thought of putting in the ice cube tray with toothpicks. It wasn't really easy to get it off the tray.

Tip: Hot beverages generally require very little sugar. Cold beverages and ice creams need way too much sugar. So just ensure that the puree is sweet because when frozen it'll hardly show up the sweetness.
